Because of our limited product windows we generally do not provide returns or refunds, but we acknowledge that situations may arise where products arrive in a damaged condition. If you encounter such issues, please inform us within five (5) days of receiving the package. We are committed to addressing these matters individually, and if a product is damaged, we'll collaborate with you to facilitate an exchange. It's advisable to consult our sizing charts while placing an order and adhere to our washing instructions to avoid discrepancies. We regret to inform you that exchange requests submitted beyond five days of package delivery cannot be processed. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
